Rationalise and declutter the main concourses refreshment and merchandise offer to help clear space and identify brand messaging opportunities.

Build a storytelling journey strategy to establish stronger brand narratives throughout the space.

The proposal relied on a more subtle colour hierarchy for navigation to allow for bolder narrative engagement. LED up-lights were proposed to bring attention to the divide between navigation and narrative.

Elevations proposed a simplified navigation system including bold icon use and supersized graphics to help with visibility from a distance.
